OrderingWhen ordering from this site for the first time you will need to register giving a username and password. On returning to the site your details will automatically be recalled so you do not have to re-enter them. You may change your password at any time.
Payment
Payment over the internet can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch or Electron. Payment is made through SECPay's secure e-commerce payment system. We do not have access to your credit card details when ordering through this site.
If placing an order by telephone please have your credit card details to hand. Credit card details are destroyed after use.
Orders placed via post must include a cheque made payable to World Music Sales. Please note that goods cannot be sent until cheques have cleared so please allow an extra 5 days for delivery.

VAT at 17.5% is charged on all items except the Activity Kits which, as a child's book, are zero rated for VAT.
Stock availability
In the rare circumstance where we do not have stock to fulfill your order we will e-mail you within 24 hours and let you know. You will be given the choice of a full refund, an alternative product or date when the item is in stock with the option to wait until this time.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return it to us in the packaging in which it was received as soon as possible and we will replace or refund to you the full value of the item. We would suggest that it is returned by registered post. We are sorry but we cannot refund any costs in returning goods. You have up to 21 days to return any item. Please ensure you include your name and address with any returned items.
